This skirt is a part of a set (top sold separately). Skirt is great as a stand alone piece to wear with your top of choice. Fabric has a very small sequin occasionally throughout & coordinating Blue crochet lace Detail trim along each tier of the skirt.  Skirt is a pull on with elastic waist band.
