Merrilee's Swimwear is looking for energetic, outgoing & experienced Management to join our team. We are a large, well established, family -owned Women's Swimwear Boutique located on Coast Highway in Laguna Beach. We are looking for someone with at least one full year's experience in Women's Retail Management. An ideal candidate would be someone who loves fashion, swimwear and working with people.
Our Store Managers work closely with the company ownership on a day to day basis and are in charge of all aspects of the stores day to day running operations including working the sales floor. We are looking for a fast learner who can take charge, positively motivate their staff and can handle all that comes along with a high volume summer seasonal industry. Our store managers are hands on with sales and our customer care so we are looking for ambitious & friendly candidates with a great attitude.

Experience in women’s retail is a must!
Requirements: Age 18+, Valid Driver's License, must provide references (work & personal), (background check). Sales, customer Service, communication, and leadership skills are a must!
Hours: Full Time & Part Time - Must be available Weekends/Holidays!
Store Hours: Mon - Sun: 10am - 7pm
Compensation: $20/hr + Incentives & Employee Discounts
